Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Shift & Spark website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Card content, the teacher booklet, and packaging may be refined between print runs. Colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken at checkout, or by invoice/purchase order for approved school orders.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Intellectual property

The Shift & Spark cards, teacher booklet, card designs, names, and supporting materials are protected by copyright and remain the property of Shift & Spark. You may use the cards freely in your own teaching. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the card content or designs without written permission.

Use in the classroom

The strategies in the deck are tools to support teaching. Outcomes depend on context and implementation. We make no guarantee of specific results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
