Returns & Refunds

We want every Shift & Spark deck to earn its place on your staffroom shelf. If it doesn't, you can return it.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Open the box, run a few cards in a real lesson, and if the deck isn't for you, send it back for a full refund of the product price.

How to return

  1. Email kia.ora@shiftandspark.co.nz with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a return address.
  3. Pack the deck securely and post it back. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned deck, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within five business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or faulty items

If your deck arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.

School & bulk orders

Volume orders placed on invoice or purchase order follow the same 30-day window. Contact us to arrange a return or credit against a future order.
