Shipping

All Shift & Spark orders ship from Aotearoa New Zealand.

Rates & delivery

• Standard NZ shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping on all NZ orders over $100.
• Orders are tracked through NZ Post.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery once dispatched, depending on your location.

School & bulk orders

Volume orders (5+ decks) on invoice or purchase order are dispatched once the order is confirmed. Larger orders may take an extra business day to pack. We'll always give you a delivery ETA when we send your invoice.

Rural & courier-restricted addresses

Rural delivery may add 1 to 2 business days. If you have a specific delivery requirement, note it at checkout or email kia.ora@shiftandspark.co.nz.

International

We currently ship within New Zealand only. For overseas orders, email us and we'll see what we can arrange.
